Delivery is available in West and Central Michigan weeks 4 thru 12. 
For other areas,check the map below or call for availability and pricing. Rates are subject to change, depending on fuel prices.
 
For delivery to the Grand Rapids airport, there will be a $60.00 delivery fee and a $25.00 processing fee per order.
